Statutory Warranty All products purchased through our online shop are covered by the statutory warranty rights of the country in which the purchase contract was concluded, or as applicable under relevant law. The statutory warranty is not limited by any voluntary manufacturer's warranty.
Manufacturer's Warranty Where a voluntary manufacturer's warranty exists for individual products, it is provided solely by the respective manufacturer. Its terms, scope, duration, and any limitations are set exclusively by the manufacturer. Billard Beckmann GmbH provides no warranty of its own beyond this unless expressly stated in writing. Warranty claims must be made according to the manufacturer's requirements.
Complaints If a product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please have ready, if possible:
- Order number
- Buyer's name
- Description of the defect
- Photos of the product and, if relevant, the packaging
Repair Service Where technically possible, we offer a repair and spare-parts service for many products. Whether a repair can be performed, and any associated costs, depends on the product, its condition, and parts availability. Please do not send products in unprompted — contact customer service first so we can agree on next steps.
Spare Parts Spare parts are available for many products. Our customer service can help identify the right part and provide availability and lead-time information.
Transport Damage Please inspect goods immediately upon receipt. If there's visible transport damage, we recommend documenting it directly with the carrier where possible and notifying us right away. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
