At Billiard.Store, every payment is processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Accepted payment methods
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay.
- Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
- Pay later: Klarna.
- Local payment methods: Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), BLIK (Poland) and other options depending on your country.
- Bank transfer: with a 3% discount (see below).
The methods available to you may vary by country and device. The final list is always shown at checkout.
Bank transfer: 3% discount
Pay by bank transfer and get a 3% discount on your order, applied automatically at checkout when you select bank transfer.
You will receive our bank details in your order confirmation email. Please include your order number as the payment reference. Your order is processed and shipped once we receive the payment. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.
When you are charged
Card and wallet payments are authorised when you place your order. Bank transfers are confirmed once the funds reach our account. Klarna payments follow the terms you accept with Klarna.
Currencies
Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and you pay in the currency shown at checkout. Our base currency is the euro (EUR). Your bank may apply its own exchange or card fees.
Special orders
Custom pool tables and cues may follow different payment terms, such as a deposit. These terms are confirmed with you before production starts. See Special Orders.
Security
Our checkout is PCI DSS compliant, and payments use strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) where your bank requires it.
